We see almost no change at all between when these CD-Rs are burned at 48x and when these CD-Rs are burned at 40x. They still produce reports of very low C1 errors rates, and no C2 errors at all. Perhaps lowering the speed further will yield different results?   |

This time we see a slightly lower average of C1 errors reported then in the previous 4 tests, though it still has roughly the same peak amount of C1 errors reported. This suggests there may be a slight advantage to burning these CD-Rs at 32x over 40x or 48x. However, even if this is true the difference is VERY slight.   |

You will notice that I have neglected to include the Nero CD Speed results in this test. Rest assured, that I DID do the testing, but as the tests showed nothing different to the last 5 tests I did, I decided to leave them out. I do have limited space currently, and a limited amount of daily bandwidth so every picture I include adds up over time. However, if you wish to see the results, feel free to contact me via e-mail, and I will happily send them to you!   |

There are no significant changes from the previous tests done on this media. However, I will continue trying lower burning speeds to see if this pattern keeps up.   |
