Well, this is by far the bet results we've seen! Nero CD Speed's Quality Check only reports 851 errors, and Scan Disc only shows 0.31% damaged blocks! and nothing is unreadable. CD doctor reports 0 C2 errors, and a reasonable amount of C1 errors. It's certainly too bad that these CD-Rs were not certified 16x!! Let's see if the improvements continue if we burn the CD-s even slower... |

Hrm, this time we seem to be going back a step in quality! more errors are reported in both Nero CD Speed, and Nero CD Quality Check. CD Doctor did show a minor improvement over the last few tests though. This is most likely because I use test using CD doctor at the slowest read setting (8x) as listed in my testing methods. Now let's see what further reductions in burning speed result in! |
