As you can see, this CD-R performed very well at it's certified speed. Very low amounts of C1 errors were reported, and the average C1 error rate was shown as being much lower then most CD-Rs! It is unclear however, whether or not this will be a regular result, so Let's take a look at another couple of tests.   |

I'm not ashamed to say that when I saw these results I did a double take! This really isn't what I expected to see from these CD-Rs! However, after a little bit of searching, I found out why the performance level dropped so significantly. The CD-R I tested was physically damaged! It looked like there was a tiny dent in the CD, I don't know what could have caused it though. Anyways, I've included a picture of the damaged disc, in case anyone wanted to see it. Click Here for the picture. Let's try this one again shall we...   |

Now THAT'S more like it! Again we see a very low average of C1 errors being reported, and no C2 errors reported at all. Given the circumstances, I'm going to run a 4th test at the certified speed, just to be sure.   |

And again we see exceptional results from these CD-Rs. I think it is now safe to test this media's performance at other speeds.   |
