Personal Opinions:
Well, I have to say, these CD-Rs are VERY consistent in their performance, and this would be great... if they didn't perform so poorly! But to be fair, the CD-Rs never had any C2 errors reported during the testing, and that is an important thing to consider. On the other hand however the C1 error rate was very high! and with a high error rate already on the disc, it will not be nearly as capable of handling finger prints and scratches later in its' life.

It is of no surprise that the store that provided me this media quickly removed it from their shelves when they saw the results! These CD-Rs, though not the worst I've tested are by no means good quality! They would make a cost effective quick fix if ABSOLUTELY necessary though, but I wouldn't recommend them for any kind of archiving or regular use!
The Score:
In conclusion, if you can, buy something else! if you don't have a choice, then don't backup anything that is really important on these. The high C1 error rate may also make them hard to read in devices with bad error correction, like older CD players. I give these CD-Rs a 6.5/10. They are usable, and they should be readable in most drives, but I really can't recommend them!
Sincerely,
The Digital Dolphin
